It is mandatory for all passengers travelling with Poseidon to carry adequate travel insurance that must contain medical, evacuation and repatriation coverage. Passengers must ensure that their purchased insurance includes cruise travel in the polar regions, and has evacuation and repatriation coverage of no less than US$ 200,000 per person (for Arctic and Antarctica cruises). For cruises in non-polar regions, a minimum of US$ 100,000 of evacuation and repatriation insurance coverage is required.
